Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original packaging, dust bags, tags, protective films, and accessories

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, stains, odors, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.

 

2. Non‑returnable Items

For quality control and authenticity protection, the following items cannot be returned:

2.1 Bags

  • Items with removed tags

  • Items with scratches, stains, or deformation

  • Items missing dust bags or accessories

2.2 Watches

Because watches are high‑value and precision items, the following cannot be returned:

  • Watches with removed protective films

  • Watches with visible wear or scratches

  • Watches with adjusted straps/links

  • Watches missing authentication cards, boxes, or accessories

  • Watches that have been opened, resized, or serviced by a third party

2.3 General non‑returnable items

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days

 

3. Return Requirements

To complete your return, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the item (if requested)

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time varies by bank (usually 3–10 business days)

If rejected, we will explain the reason.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

For exchanges, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the defect

  • Description of the issue

 

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive store credit for the value of the return

  • Once the return is approved, a gift credit will be issued

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

 

8. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

For high‑value items such as watches, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
